Training & Development

Training and development of staff shall be undertaken using the following methods:-

• In-house formal training by experienced peer.
• On-the-job training via project work.
• Training using 3rd party organization.
• Attachment to other affiliates or project 3rd party organizations.

Local Content

We plan to provide a significant boost to local content in Ghana by providing training and development of Ghanaian Nationals via the contracts we execute in-country. This may be done using experienced Ghanaians or Ghanaians with skills from closely related industries such as mining and construction complemented by carefully chosen Expatriates who would provide the required technical skills transfer.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

Projects still being planned may include:-

• Support of professional development activities to Ghana Institution of Engineers (GhIE).
• Development of medical/educational/sports facilities in deprived areas.
• Sponsorship of disease awareness campaign and HSSE initiatives.
